The Power of a Cute Sweater (Designer Edition)

Whether its a hoodie, a light casual sweater,a zip up or a winter warmer, hoodies and cute sweaters are a great edition to your wardrobe. They're not just great for covering up after a workout or hanging around at home in, I think they can give everyday outfits a bit of spark and style! You can brighten up a pair of jeans and add a pair of loafers for a winter warmer, or rock it with some leggings and add some boots for some street style!

You can really see where the inspiration for the high street alternatives come from by looking at the designer pieces that are produced each season. Wildfox is one of my favourite for cute tees, sweaters and pullovers but there are lots of great brands whom produce great quality, wearable pieces for a more high end price. Wildfox Couture Spring Lookbook

The Wildfox Couture lookbooks are always beautifully quirky, full of story and invariably fabulously shot. For the Spring 2012 collection the brand have followed the mantra "Even Cowgirls Get The Blues" and the whole thing is shot around the idea of westerns whilst showcasing their beautiful new clothes. 

To showcase the brilliance of Wildfox Couture, I've picked some of my favourite outfits from this season's lookbook - I hope these will inspire you and make you smile like they have to me! The "Never Love A Cowboy" Tank and Cross Pendant tee are my faves - what are yours?

Craving: Wildfox Couture Baggy Beach Jumper

I am a huge Wildfox Couture fan - the American brand produces quirky, girly and comfy pieces which are fabulous additions to any girls wardrobe. The Sparkle Heart Baggy Beach Jumper (pictured above) is one of my current favourites! The colour is interesting with its purple undertones and you get the sense that the colour would really come to its fore after a few washes and with a little wear. The sparkly heart is also fun and it seems like the sweater would suit jeans, leggings, mini skirts - just about anything.

I actually own the Wildfox Couture Je T'Aime tee which is another of the reasons why I am so desperate to try more. The tee is the perfect fit and shape and hasn't drastically grown or shrunk with the many washes its had. I will definately review the tee soon as it is one of my faves!

I would love to own  any of the Baggy Beach Jumpers as all of the designs are adorable and unique! I wish I could own more pieces from their incredible collections but for now, I'll have to stick with craving this particular piece!
