Outfit Of The Day: Rita Ora on November 11th

Rita Ora was snapped on the red carpet of the 2012 MTV Europe Music Awards in this deep red Marchesa gown from their Fall 2012 collection - this was actually the finale dress in the show.

Paired with diamond and gold Cartier rings and bracelets, the bold red lip and smoky make up make this a statement look, although I wish she didn't have roots - the blonde faux bob helps to draw the nude sheer part of the dress together and make the outfit feel more refined. The colour of the dress itself is perfect for her skintone and the wrapping of the skirt at the waist makes her look tiny without overwhelming her figure!

Rita has never really featured on my fashion radar before but I think this outfit in particular is impeccable, so I will definately keep a look out! This outfit is causing quite a stir amongst fashion bloggers, so I would love to hear your thoughts on it in the comments - do you love it or loathe it?

Outfit Of The Day: Olivia Palermo on October 22nd

I'm really loving Olivia Palermo's style at the moment - she mixes skinny jeans and leggings with oversized tops which are perfect for fall and her outfits feature basics that can easily be replicated by style-savvy fans.

On October 22nd, Olivia was spotted walking her dog in New York city rocking the Hudson 'Leeloo' Super Skinny Cropped jeans in a beautiful purple shade, an oversized black high necked sweater, simple black flats and a pair of Westward sunglasses.

The gorgeous berry tone of the jeans are perfectly on trend for fall and winter - I especially like the black stripe down the side which pulls the shades of the whole outfit together. Incredibly pairing the super skinny jeans with the hugely oversized jumper still looks sleek, flattering and chic too! I'm really loving her style at the moment and can't wait to see what kinds of looks she wears next!

Outfit Of The Day: Ashley Tisdale on October 2nd

On October 2nd, Ashley Tisdale was spotted on the set of her new movie 'Scary Movie 5' wearing a Free People 'Collegiate' Cardigan, Truly Madly Deeply 'Live To Ride' Muscle Tee, a pair of Tractr Jeans and her favourite Sam Edelman Gigi Sandals.

I love the fall feeling this outfit brings - layering up your favourite summer pieces is one of the best parts about Autumn in my opinion and Ashley does it perfectly. I love the dark red theme that runs throughout this outfit from the highlight on the cardigan. part of the detailing of the graphic tee, the shade of the jeans and of course the brown sandals - it all flows perfectly. This is the perfect university insipiration outfit in my opinion, stylish yet casual and comfortable too!

I love graphic tees and jeans but am never comfortable enough to wear that simple of an outfit in public... maybe now I'll try?

Outfit Of The Day: Olivia Palermo on September 17th

Olivia Palermo made a number of appearances at this season's London Fashion Week and this particular look was definately my favourite. At the Antonio Berardi Show on September 17th, Olivia wore a Reiss 'Angela' V Neck Jumper, the Reiss 'Barrett' Midi Leather Skirt, the Hermes 'Jige' Clutch,  white Valentino heels and a Burberry belt. 

I think this look is the epitome of professional, grown up looks - perfect for fall and en-trend too! The neutral palette mixed with the white top, natural hair and make-up are fabulous. The mixture of textures with the distressed belt and clutch, added to the simple clean lines of the shirt and shoes are so well put together - there is literally nothing I don't like about this look. Olivia's never really entered my celebrity fashion radar before but I think this look is really great!

Outfit Of The Day: Vanessa Hudgens on Sept. 7th

When attending the Toronto International Film Festival premiere of her film 'Spring Breakers', Vanessa Hudgens wore a strapless pink Notte by Marchesa Silk Gown, which she paired with Jimmy Choo 'Greta' Heels, a Jimmy Choo 'Cayla' clutch bag and chunky gold jewelry.

If you read my blog regularly, you'll know that I find Vanessa Hudgens' style very hit or miss but I really love this outfit! The rest of the looks for this promo tour were very neutral in colour but were all well put together and great looking outfits but this one was my favourite from the tour. 

The shape of the dress flatters her figure fabulously with the layered fabric, synched in waist and fab angular neckline really defining her shape and giving her curves she otherwise may not have had. I love the chunky gold bangle adding a touch of her true bo-ho chic style and the leopard print clutch giving her a young edge! The half up/down do which frames her face and the smokey make-up almost make the look seem effortless.

I can't fault anything with this look - just love it!

Outfit Of The Day: Jessica Alba on August 16th

When out and about in Beverly Hills on August 16th, Jessica Alba was spotted in a pair of STUN Wayfarers, chunky silver necklace, the Kate Frances 'Evelyn' blazer, a plain black tee, Current/Elliott Star Print Skinny Jeans in a grey wash, the Cobra Society 'Tangier' bag and Givenchy Strappy Sandals in black.

The red sunglasses and bright blue blazer really bring light, life and colour into this outfit which I think it would have lacked without those two injections of colour. I really love her jeans and think they add a certain something to an outfit which is essentially made up of basics - literally anyone could rock a look like this, but the jeans give it an edge! The padding in the jacket's shoulders brings a bulkiness which is definately needed with this look as everything is skin tight - maybe this is the start of the return of the shoulder pad trend?

Professional for her business and meeting side but comfortable for her Mom side too - that's why I love Jessica's style because she knows what suits her and dresses comfortably yet stylishly to emphasize that!

Outfit Of The Day: Miranda Kerr on June 26th

The beautiful Miranda Kerr was spotted out-and-about in New York City earlier this week and her outfit really caught my attention. Miranda wore a pair of Current/Elliott Leopard Print Jeans with some simple black sandals and a black blouse with button detailing on the shoulder. She added a white fedora with black detailing and kept the black theme going with a Celine handbag and sunglasses. 

One of my favourite ways to dress is to pair an interesting blouse or top with a pair of jeans and some sandals - its a great way to keep looking professional whilst feeling casual and comfortable and I think this is exactly what her outfit does here. The bold print on the jeans and fedora work perfectly in this outfit adding a sense of young-ness and fun whilst the simpleness of the bag, top and sandals keep it looking professional and grown up.

Outfit Of The Day: Jennifer Aniston on June 10th

Today's outfit of the day is pretty unexpected for me - I'm not usually a huge fan of Jennifer Aniston's style choices but on this occasion, I thought she looked fab!

When landing at Charles De Gaulle Airport in Paris last weekend, Jennifer wore a Balmain Double Breasted Milan Stitch Blazer, simple white tank, and baggy Vivienne Westwood jeans. She paired these items with a pair of Ray-Ban Aviators, the Tom Ford flap-over zip bag and some simple white sneakers.

The main thing I love about this outfit is that it would be something that literally everyone wears at some point - a simple pair of jeans, with some trainers and a tank top. Its the way she's accessorized that really glams it up - the blazer is gorgeous with the gold buttons, the scarf with its matching print is fun tied around the strap of the bag, the sunglasses look very diva-ish and the straight hair looks perfectly coiffed. This seems to me like a great outfit to travel in because its comfy for the plane and stylish for the airport runway - I love it!

Outfit Of The Day: Miley Cyrus on June 4th

When out and about in West Hollywood on June 4th, Miley Cyrus wore a pair of Frye Engineer Boots, a blue polka dot mini dress with Peter Pan collar, fringe handbag and oversized round sunnies. 

I like how she's mixed the girly girl style and pattern from the dress, with the rocker style boots and dark accessories - Miley can really create some nice outfits when she tries. I also like the topknot and the nude make-up palette she's stuck to, as well as the gold stacked watch and bracelets on her wrist.

Her collar bones make her look particularly tiny though - she's obviously lost a lot of weight and although some parts of her look better for it, it seems she's gone too far in others. What do you think about Miley's outfit and new look?

Outfit Of The Day: Jessica Alba on May 21st

When out and about, running errands in Los Angeles on May 21st, Jessica Alba was spotted wearing Tory Burch Sunnies, a Genetic Denim Rocky Vest, the Heartloom Anthea Dress, a brown leather bag and sandals.

This outfit is perfect for spring/summer transition outfits because its so flexible. I love that she's sinched it in at the waist with a skinny waist belt and that she's added a burst of colour with the denim jacket - not always the easiest thing to rock. I also like how she's worn the dress itself - some celebs really don't suit maxi dresses or maxi skirts but she looks fab in this and very young! 

With her hair up and the stylish handbag, she looks professional and ready for meetings whilst still being stylish and comfortable at the same time - LOVE IT!

Outfit Of The Day: Ashley Tisdale on May 14th

On May 14th, after a shopping trip to Barneys in LA with her Mom, Ashley Tisdale was spotted wearing a white fedora with pink detailing, a sheer Free People button down blouse, Siwy Hannah Skinny Jeans in Snowstorm, Elizabeth and James Silva Wedges and toting her blue Hermes Birkin.

I love the summer feeling to this outfit - the white and brown with the accents of pink in the bra and hat, it draws the whole outfit together. I would perhaps have liked to see her using a different bag as I'm not sure the blue works all that well with the look but I love that shes actually using her Birkin - we don't see her toting it very often and she's had it for about a year now. 

Anyway, love this whole outfit! Its perfectly en-trend and so fun!

Outfit Of The Day: Kate Middleton on May 8th

When arriving at Claridges for the Thirty Club on May 8th, Kate wore an off-white Roland Mouret gown from the Fall 2009 collection which she paired with silver, sparkly Jimmy Choo's and a matching clutch.

This outfit has been causing quite a stir online due the thigh high slit in the front of the dress. I don't think its to far though - she's a young princess so why not show it off whilst you've got it! I like the accessories she's paired with a frock that is so full and could easily be overpowering to her figure but she looks quaint and frankly fabulous. I would like to have seen her hair different though - she often opts for her hair down and a nude make-up palette but I would love to have seen perhaps a side ponytail with this look.

Outfit Of The Day: Vanessa Hudgens on May 3rd

On May 3rd when out and about in Studio City, Los Angeles, Vanessa Hudgens was spotted wearing a Style Stalker Eno Dress in Black, the Spell Pocahontas Princess Necklace, her classic Chanel 2.5 Flap Bag, Koolaburra Khloe Sandals and a pair of cat eye sunglasses.

Vanessa's style can be very hit or miss. Some of her outfits are just impeccable and so stylish whilst others are just.... hideous! This is such a beautiful outfit (and its nice to see her out without her BF Austin Butler).

I love the cutouts in the side of the dress which give that LBD look a bit more of an edge, and pairing it with the cute necklace with the turquoise highlights is really fun - I love oversized statement necklaces like that. I'm not to keen on these shoes with that dress - would like to have seen something that was black or colorful, not brown - but I'm sure in a different outfit they would look great!

Let's hope that she sticks with being stylish this summer (her last few outfits have been spot on!) and not overly bo-ho like some of her outfits seem to edge towards.

Outfit Of The Day: Ashley Tisdale on April 25th

On April 25th, Ashley Tisdale was spotted leaving Andy Le Compte's LA based hair salon wearing a By Chance Melissa Studded Heart Sweatshirt and glossy leggings, which she added Gucci sunglasses, Frye Veronica Slouch Boots and a CC Skye Malibu Canyon Braided Cross Body Bag.

I don't usually pick casual outfits in my "Outfit Of The Day" posts but this one really drew my eye because its so simple and comfortable yet remains stylish. I think that's because Ashley keeps to the current trends (the fringe/boho bag, the destroyed oversized sweatshirt and distressed boots) in this outfit but rocks items from the same colour palette so it blends well. I always worry about wearing my sweats out of the house but outfits like this make me realise that with the right accessories, you can make anything looks stylish!

Outfit Of The Day: Nicole Richie on April 18th

For NBC Universal’s Summer Press Day in Pasadena, California, Nicole Richie rocked an all-black outfit. She paired a Winter Kate Laser Cut Top from the fall 2012 collection, Helmut Lang Leather Leggings, House of Harlow 1960 Callan Pumps and House of Harlow 1960 gold bangles and rings.

I like that Nicole was bold enough to wear an all black outfit like this and also that she wears items from her own collections - she's a stylish woman so it just shows how fashionable her pieces are that she wears them herself. Winter Kate and House of Harlow 1960 are two brands which I would LOVE to try a few pieces from  - one day! This look suits her body shape perfectly, looks stylish, grown up and professional too and with the laser cuts and leather, it gives it an edginess that is perfectly her.

Outfit Of The Day: Lauren Conrad on April 4th

When arriving at NBC Studios on April 4th, Lauren Conrad was spotted wearing a Tibi Silk Printed Eyelet Top, the Paper Crown Lily Chiffon Skirt and an oversized brown cardigan. She added Emmanuelle Khanh Sunglasses, nude Casadei heels, and toted a Chanel Classic Flap Bag in Beige and Love Quotes Scarf as she made her way into the building.

I like the whole color palette of this outfit with the mixture of nudes, pale pinks, browns and the highlight of the black top detailing and black sunglasses. These shades match her skin tone perfectly and the whole outfit itself looks professional, chic but remaining girly too. I really like how Lauren wears items from her own collections in her day-to-day outfits because it shows how wearable the items are and that she's not just a name and face for the company.

Outfit Of The Day: Jessica Alba on April 2nd

Whilst enjoying a morning out in Los Angeles with her family, Jessica Alba looked fabulous dressed in blue, white and grey. Jessica wore a light wash J Brand denim jacket, grey tee, J Brand Skinny Jeans in Blue Bonnet, grey Tory Burch Ballet Flats, a white crossbody bag, Theodora and Callum Scarf and Tom Ford Sunnies.

This outfit is so simple and casual whilst still managing to look stylish. I particularly love the bold use of the blue jeans and the fun patterned scarf which really bring life to the outfit and the side braid is fun and practical for Jess as a Mom. I've been a big fan of Jessica's style for a while but I think her outfits can be very hit or miss - for me this is a definite hit.

Outfit Of The Day: Kim Kardashian on March 23rd

Out in Los Angeles on March 23rd, Kim Kardashian was spotted wearing a Parker Silk Wrap Dress in a pinky nude, shiny metallic waist belt, beige Chanel flap bag and nude Cesare Paciotti pumps. I thought this outfit was simple with a bit of traditional Kim flare, sexy and really flattering to her figure. Its nice to see her looking professional and sexy without wearing something that is totally figure hugging as often seems to be her taste.

With a sleek updo with no bumps or loose hairs (I'm insanely jealous!) that she's wearing over the shoulder and a nude natural palette of make-up even if she is wearing a lot of it - I think she looks great!

Outfit Of The Day: Paris Hilton on March 14th 2012

I'm not usually a fan of Paris Hilton's style but I really like this outfit. On her way to The Ivy on March 14th 2012, Paris wore a black wide brimmed hat, Prada Cat Eye Sunglasses, a red printed wrap dress with black weaved waist belt, the Paris Hilton Timeless Chihuahua bag and, of course, Christian Louboutin Bianca Heels. It is flattering, creates curves in her boyish figure and is feminine too. She looks smart, professional but is showing off her incredible, young figure with the short skirt!
