August / September Additions

With the British Summer nearing its end, I started purchasing a few items for Fall last month. Unfortunately, I ended up spending a little more than I wish but I love all the pieces I brought and can't wait to share them with you!

I've wanted to add a leather jacket to my wardrobe for quite some time as I think it works with so many outfits but more often than not, they are rather too expensive for my student budget. However, when this ASOS PU Bomber went on sale, I knew I had to get it! The zips, pockets and quilted feature on the shoulders really make it look unique and I adore the colour.
I've been on the lookout for a brown double handle satchel tote for a while now but haven't managed to find anything that is both in my price range and to my taste. I ended up compromising with this Accessorize Ladylike Turnlock Tote. I love the colour and although I wish it had the double handle its a firm favourite - and great for uni as I can fit my books in it!

Jumpers are definitely a fall staple and I have picked a couple up this summer that I'm wearing already. These purchases were heavily inspire
d by Ashley Tisdale who has been wearing jumpers, loose knits and long sleeve tees all summer long (although I'm not sure how she managed it in the LA heat!).

Firstly is the Dorothy Perkins Charcoal/Mustard Stripe Jumper. I love the button features on the shoulders and the elasticated lower half of the sleeve, which allows me to play around with sleeve length depending on what I'm wearing it with! I wish it wasn't quite as short, as it rides up at the waist very easily but I love it and am in fact wearing it as I write this blog!

Secondly is the Dorothy Perkins Chunky Knit Striped Jumper. Its not available to purchase online at the moment but fits absolutely perfectly. I love the different height hem at the front and back of the jumper and the angle of the stripes. Its snapped above off-the-shoulder but the neck on my jumper isn't wide enough to do that!

I love my Fall Purchases and hopefully will find some more cute stuff for the Winter!
