Outfit Of The Day: Rita Ora on November 11th
Rita Ora was snapped on the red carpet of the 2012 MTV Europe Music Awards in this deep red Marchesa gown from their Fall 2012 collection - this was actually the finale dress in the show.
Paired with diamond and gold Cartier rings and bracelets, the bold red lip and smoky make up make this a statement look, although I wish she didn't have roots - the blonde faux bob helps to draw the nude sheer part of the dress together and make the outfit feel more refined. The colour of the dress itself is perfect for her skintone and the wrapping of the skirt at the waist makes her look tiny without overwhelming her figure!
Rita has never really featured on my fashion radar before but I think this outfit in particular is impeccable, so I will definately keep a look out! This outfit is causing quite a stir amongst fashion bloggers, so I would love to hear your thoughts on it in the comments - do you love it or loathe it?

Brand Profile: The Cambridge Satchel Company
I really love being introduced to brands I hadn't heard of before - especially ones with interesting back stories and beautiful products so when I watched this, I knew I had to share this right here, on my blog!
I always find the Google Chrome adverts touching and inspiring - the stories they tell are aspirational and hugely uplifting, whilst being beautifully shot. The most recent is being showcased as the YouTube header advert and entitled 'Google Chrome: Julie Deane'. The advert tells the story of how Julie started her fabulously fashionable brand The Cambridge Satchel Company and how its moving from strength to strength.
I'd not heard of the The Cambridge Satchel Company before but I'm so glad I now have - the pieces are beautiful, utterly timeless and modern with a classic vintage twist. Ranging from the brown classic bag reminescent of school days gone by to the Downing with its autumnal berry colours and detachable strap, the pieces are perfectly en trend with their own unique edge.
The company offer a full size guide - so you can work out exactly which size would best suit you and what you require out of the bag you have chosen. They also offer a fantastic embossing service (which is reminiscent of the actual school bags from the past) which enables you to personalise your bag with your initials, name or other message in a variety of classic colours.
I often gravitate towards brands which have a great back story and produce individual, beautiful pieces and The Cambridge Satchel Company definately fits this - let me know what you think of the advert and the brand in the comments below, as I'd love to hear your thoughts! AND if you want to recommend me a brand which I perhaps have not heard of before, leave it below - as I said I love being introduced to new brands!

Free People in the UK!
One of my favourite US clothing stores is now available in the UK - Free People! I've blogged their lookbooks and pieces from their collections for such a long time and I am so excited that they're finally in the UK. The brand is all about free spirits as stated in their target audience girl:
A 26-year-old girl, smart, creative, confident and comfortable in all aspects of her being, free and adventurous, sweet to tough to tomboy to romantic. A girl who likes to keep busy and push life to its limits, with traveling and hanging out and everything in between. Who loves Donovan as much as she loves The Dears, and can't resist petting any dog that passes her by on the street.Although it was possible to order from them and have it shipped over from the US before, the customs fees and taxes made it really confusing and a hassle but now its all been made easy! Although the pieces are still shipped from the US, there are no nasty surprises from customs - the total billed at the checkout is the final amount and returns to their UK centre are free. They're even offering free delivery until the end of the month!
I can't wait to start buying from their site and hope in the future, they may even start opening stores across the country!

Last Night's Looks: LACMA Art & Film Gala 2012
With her new brunette hair in a sleek up-do, Amber Heard wore a Gucci Spring 2013 little black dress with a detailed gold and black embellished neckline. She added a pair of black Gucci 'Lisbeth' heels with the delicate three strap look. This dress looks particularly difficult to pull off - not just because its straight cut but also because that neckline is so bold - but Amber certainly manages it. She looks fabulously chic!
The LACMA Art & Film Gala 2012 was held last night and as always with these big events, I wanted to share some of my favourite red carpet looks, as well as some that are.... interesting to say the least! The event was held to honour Ed Ruscha and Stanley Kubrick and presented by Gucci, with the majority of the female attendees wearing a piece from the designers' most recent collections.
Let me know what you think of the looks in the comments below!
Evan Rachel Wood looks beautifully elegant in this one-of-a-kind Gucci frock. The nude and rose gold palette works perfectly for her skin tone and hair colour; and the bold eye make-up gives the look some depth and dramatic edge. Paired with a Gucci box clutch and Gucci rosegold heels, the natural up-do with her flowing blonde hair pulls the whole outfit together. Beautiful and en-trend all at the same time!
Rosie Huntington Whiteley chose a floorlength mint dress with ruffle detail around the neckline from Gucci's Spring 2013 collection, which she paired with Gucci ankle strap sandals and a Gucci box clutch. Rosie styled her look very similarly to the way the brand showcased their outfit on the runway earlier this year with the centre parting bun and make-up. The dress is very straight down, which she is lucky enough to be able to rock, but there is a lot of side boob with this dress which ruins what is otherwise a nice look!
Cameron Diaz wore a Gucci Spring 2013 dress paired with Gucci black ankle-strap heels and a chunky clutch bag. The dress itself is lovely with the oversized sleeves, synched in waist and detailed neckline but the fit just doesn't seem to work for her body shape and I don't think she styled it particularly well with the black heels and clutch, messy up-do and interesting make-up palette - it seems a bit all over the place, almost thrown together.

Outfit Of The Day: Olivia Palermo on October 22nd
I'm really loving Olivia Palermo's style at the moment - she mixes skinny jeans and leggings with oversized tops which are perfect for fall and her outfits feature basics that can easily be replicated by style-savvy fans.
On October 22nd, Olivia was spotted walking her dog in New York city rocking the Hudson 'Leeloo' Super Skinny Cropped jeans in a beautiful purple shade, an oversized black high necked sweater, simple black flats and a pair of Westward sunglasses.
The gorgeous berry tone of the jeans are perfectly on trend for fall and winter - I especially like the black stripe down the side which pulls the shades of the whole outfit together. Incredibly pairing the super skinny jeans with the hugely oversized jumper still looks sleek, flattering and chic too! I'm really loving her style at the moment and can't wait to see what kinds of looks she wears next!

Rebecca Minkoff Fall 2012 Film
After seeing the Mini Mac bags on celebrities and fashion vloggers alike, I've admired Rebecca Minkoff's collections for a while now. Whilst browsing Shopbop this week, I noticed this rather interesting lookbook video for the brand's Fall 2012 collection. Created by Shopbop itself, the site has produced a lookbook as well as this really incredibly shot film that showcases her most recent pieces!
I LOVE the colours of her bags this season with the studs, mixture of textures, brights colours and berry tones and of course more of her classic designs. I can't wait to see which stars are toting them around town this autumn and have a few suspicions about who we might see with one first!
Check out the film above and the full lookbook HERE.

Outfit Of The Day: Ashley Tisdale on October 2nd
On October 2nd, Ashley Tisdale was spotted on the set of her new movie 'Scary Movie 5' wearing a Free People 'Collegiate' Cardigan, Truly Madly Deeply 'Live To Ride' Muscle Tee, a pair of Tractr Jeans and her favourite Sam Edelman Gigi Sandals.
I love the fall feeling this outfit brings - layering up your favourite summer pieces is one of the best parts about Autumn in my opinion and Ashley does it perfectly. I love the dark red theme that runs throughout this outfit from the highlight on the cardigan. part of the detailing of the graphic tee, the shade of the jeans and of course the brown sandals - it all flows perfectly. This is the perfect university insipiration outfit in my opinion, stylish yet casual and comfortable too!
I love graphic tees and jeans but am never comfortable enough to wear that simple of an outfit in public... maybe now I'll try?

My Pandora Bracelet
This is my Pandora Bracelet, which I was lucky enough to receive as a gift from my aunts for my 21st Birthday in July. I did know what I was going to get as I was allowed to pick exactly which charms and bracelet I wanted, with a little input from them too but I was also given one of the charms as a surprise!
I started with the Pandora Moments Starter Love and Stars Bracelet which consists of the sterling silver bracelet itself, the two 'Firework Clips' (Above: far right and far left) which hold the rest of the charms at the front of the bracelet and the 'Openwork Heart Charm'. (Above: Second from the right) These things all together were £99 which I think is reasonable considering buying these pieces seperately would have cost £125. I then added the 'July Birthstone Charm' (Above: second from the left) which is a silver metal flower with orange Carnelian stones. To me, my bracelet was complete for my present - I had the clips and two gorgeous charms.
On my birthday, when I received the gift from them, there was also an extra box in the Pandora Bag - the 'Heart and Love Charm' (Above: Middle). Its an absolutely gorgeous bead - one of my favourites from the collection and I was SO excited to be able to rock it on my bracelet! I think it really completes it and puts me on a solid gold and silver colour scheme for future special occasion charm buying!
I truly believe that Pandora Bracelets are great accessories - as gifts or for yourself. Each charm could represent an important life goal or event, marks in a relationship or even just to buy one for yourself for your personal jewelry collection. They are expensive but I think totally worthwhile as they'll last forever and will be a timeless piece.
I do have three top tips if you're thinking of buying one yourself:
Firstly, don't get a bracelet that is too large - having it slip down your arm is frustrating, as my sister brought one and the lady in the shop wouldn't allow her to try on a smaller size. Its supposed to be on your wrist, not falling down your arm because its a special piece of jewelery to savour, not to be jangling around.
Secondly, buy clips - this keeps the beads that you buy at the front of the bracelet and stops them from slipping down the bracelet itself and hanging underneath your wrist. They sit prominently on top and you can get some pretty stylish clips too!
Thirdly, don't worry about how many beads you have on there and the colour scheme - each of the beads having individual meanings from special occasions is to me is more important than everything blending into one colour scheme. Yes, if I was buying my own bracelet, just as a bracelet without any particular meaning, I would probably do a colour scheme but meaning is far more important!
What do you think of Pandora Bracelets? I know there are lots of charm bracelets companies out there but personally, I think Pandora is one of the best. Let me know your thoughts in the comments!

Last Night's Looks: 2012 Emmy Awards
Back on the red carpet after giving birth a few short weeks ago, Giuliana Rancic showed how hard shes been working on her figure after the birth in a slinky Romona Keveza black mermaid style gown. Paired with a box clutch and intricate sandals, she looks professional (ready for E! on the Red Carpet!) but also sexy with the thigh-high slit in the dress, synched in waist and high ponytail. The hair style works brilliantly with the angular neckline and doesnt make the shoulders appear bare which is a welcome relief with so many stars recently seemingly making a stunning dress look bare and like its hanging there! What a great "back to work" outfit!!

Outfit Of The Day: Olivia Palermo on September 17th
Olivia Palermo made a number of appearances at this season's London Fashion Week and this particular look was definately my favourite. At the Antonio Berardi Show on September 17th, Olivia wore a Reiss 'Angela' V Neck Jumper, the Reiss 'Barrett' Midi Leather Skirt, the Hermes 'Jige' Clutch, white Valentino heels and a Burberry belt.
I think this look is the epitome of professional, grown up looks - perfect for fall and en-trend too! The neutral palette mixed with the white top, natural hair and make-up are fabulous. The mixture of textures with the distressed belt and clutch, added to the simple clean lines of the shirt and shoes are so well put together - there is literally nothing I don't like about this look. Olivia's never really entered my celebrity fashion radar before but I think this look is really great!

Scarlett Hearts Golden Snitch Necklace (Review)
I've brought a few necklaces from online jewelry store 'Scarlett Hearts' this summer and after getting plenty of wear from all of them, I thought I'd review my favourite for you all - Scarlett Hearts' Golden Snitch Necklace!
Being a Harry Potter nerd, as soon as I saw this necklace, I knew I had to have it! The piece is a handmade mini 'Golden Snitch' with two golden wings which opens to store a special photo or something small inside! I got the necklace on a short chain as I own so much on long chains and it hangs and has lasted perfectly. The only thing I was a little disappointed with was that the wings weren't fixed in the position they appear in on the site, but I have really learnt to love them moving round and actually think it gives more movement and life to one of my favourite little props from the movies! I've had so many people ask if my necklace was from Harry Potter and its so exciting to be able to say yes and explain more about it!
The speed of service from the company was fantastic - delivered in only a few days in a cute little red bag to keep it in and room for a special something inside, it just confirms that its the little touches that designers add to their pieces which make them so fabulous!
For only £6, the Scarlett Hearts' Golden Snitch Necklace perfect for any Harry Potter fan - I'm going to be wearing it to the WB Studio Tour next weekend too, to show off my nerdiness!

Craving: Topshop Scarves for Fall
Some of my favourite scarves this season are from Topshop. I love subtle patterns that give the piece character without being over the top. The Topshop range of scarves and snoods are definately at the high end of the scarves price range, with the average piece close to 20 pounds each, but I'm easily swayed in store when I feel the fabric and try it on!
Neutrals with bright aspects are fun because it means they're versatile enough to fit with any outfit but have their own focus to make a subtler outfit pop. I'm not such a fan of snoods (although I have featured some above) because they aren't quite as versatile as scarves are - I like that you can wear scarves in so many different ways but snoods, although they may have a great pattern, are literally a loop or two of fabric around your neck.
What do you think of the scarves Topshop have produced this season? Let me know in the comments!
The scarves above are: Topshop Ditsy Scatter Floral Scarf (Top Left), Topshop Fairisle Snood in Multi (Bottom Left), Topshop Cream Skull Scarf (Middle), Topshop Toucan Pront Scarf (Top Right), Topshop Mono Ivy Skull Scarf (Bottom Right)

My GIY Wrap Bracelets
This summer, Ingrid (or Miss Glamorazzi on YouTube) started a series where she creates her own beauty accessories which she called GIY (Glam It Yourself). She has created bags, make-up brush holders and, in July, wrap bracelets.
Inspired (and having been hunting for some wrap bracelets I love for a few weeks), I decided to give it a go. I took a trip to Hobbycraft and purchased the different width coloured cording, closures and beads. I went for a light pink and two darker purple cords and some light purple wire for the bead bracelet, which I thought would blend together and be great for the berry tones of winter. I'd made three different style bracelets within an hour of getting home - once you've got the hang of the first knot (the light pink bracelet), the progression into the other two knots is simple! Adding the beads really attracts attention to them and its nice knowing that no one else has the wrap bracelets like yours.
What do you think of my bracelets - let me know your thoughts in the comments below! Check out the full video on how to create them yourself below and let me know if you give them a go!

Accessorize's Luxe Bags Collection
Last week, Accessorize revealed their new line of signature handbags - named the 'Luxe Bags' line, the collection is made up of 8 handbags in a selection of colours. Including a backpack, totes, crossbody bags and clutches, the bags are quite unlike the usual pieces you find at Accessorize nowerdays.
I for one, go in there knowing that I'll find an individual and uniquely stylish bag which is bohemian yet modern and professional looking at the same time - that's why so many of my bags come from that store because they're such a great mix of styles.
This is a very formal collection and for me, I feel that's quite different for them - perhaps their looking to cater for an older audience, as I can't see too many of these styles (especially the backpack) being worn by the younger generation.
Saying that, I do love the clutch and think it would be perfect for a prom or night out, and I have no doubt I'll be seeing these bags on everyone soon enough!
What do you think of this new collection? I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments!

Outfit Guide: Back To School
Everyone wants to look fabulous on their first day back at school, sixth form, college, university or just look good after the summer when they go back to work. But as the seasons start to change again, and with British weather as unreliable as it is, you need something stylish and practical too!
I've stuck with items you can find on your usual town high street including New Look, Republic, Jack Wills, Topshop, River Island and H&M so hopefully it will inspire your first day back look and there might even be some pieces in there that you love enough to buy for your outfit! As always, the hearts indicate my favourite pieces!

Outfit Of The Day: Jessica Alba on August 16th
When out and about in Beverly Hills on August 16th, Jessica Alba was spotted in a pair of STUN Wayfarers, chunky silver necklace, the Kate Frances 'Evelyn' blazer, a plain black tee, Current/Elliott Star Print Skinny Jeans in a grey wash, the Cobra Society 'Tangier' bag and Givenchy Strappy Sandals in black.
The red sunglasses and bright blue blazer really bring light, life and colour into this outfit which I think it would have lacked without those two injections of colour. I really love her jeans and think they add a certain something to an outfit which is essentially made up of basics - literally anyone could rock a look like this, but the jeans give it an edge! The padding in the jacket's shoulders brings a bulkiness which is definately needed with this look as everything is skin tight - maybe this is the start of the return of the shoulder pad trend?
Professional for her business and meeting side but comfortable for her Mom side too - that's why I love Jessica's style because she knows what suits her and dresses comfortably yet stylishly to emphasize that!

Looks I Love: Ashley Tisdale (Part 2)
I love how Ashley can make basics look so stylish just by adding one or two stand out pieces. On this occasion, in June, Ashley wore a Current/Elliott V Neck tee, cropped black blazer and Rebecca Taylor Studded Leopard Shorts. She added Chanel Sunnies and bag, a Vanessa Mooney necklace and Sam Edelman Gigi Sandals! Perfectly summery but smart too!
In December, I profiled Ashley Tisdale as one of my style icons and showcased three of my favourite outfits from 2011 (check out the post here to see more of my fave outfits). As 7 months have passed, I figured it was about time I revisited her style, so here are my 4 favourite looks from 2012 so far!
Whites, pinks and nudes are my favourite summer looks and Ashley rocks it perfectly here! Ashley wore Free People Molly Buttondown, Siwy Hannah Jeans in Snowstorm, a pink and white fedora, Hermes Birkin Bag and Elizabeth & James Silva Wedges.
In January, Ashley was spotted leaving a hair salon wearing an Urban Outfitters Tee, Alexander Wang Leather Vest and black denim shorts. She added Chanel sunglasses, a Balenciaga Mustard coloured cross body bag and Jeffrey Campbell Seeing Stars Boots as she toted her iPad to her car!
On a night out with her girlfriends, Ashley wore a white cropped Free People pullover, a Pleasure Doing Business mini skirt and fringed Free People leather jacket. She added Jeffrey Campbell Seeing Stars boots, red Chanel crossbody bag, Soixante Neuf jewelry and Tailfeather Designs earrings.

Beach Day Outfit Guide
The beaches in Britain can either be lovely or hideous and I'm lucky enough to live near to lots of lovely beaches. With British Summer weather being so unpredictable its hard to put an outfit together for the beach - you want to be able to enjoy the sun but also be able to cover it up when it gets chilly and look appropriate when you're heading to the beach!
I'd love to hear your thoughts on the outfit in the comments below!
